Refund policy

How do I exchange?

  • Login into your account and enter order number and email address in those fields and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email once the exchange request is approved
  • If your request is approved, our customer service will reply to you with the RMA number of your purchase and the return address via email.
  • After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.

What items are returnable?

 No items are returanble, all items are exchangable within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • They must be in original condition
  • They must be unworn
  • In the original packaging

Please note that we do not provide free exchange or return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.

Cash On Delivery charges and Express Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our Warranty Terms and Conditions

AUXBEAM products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at AUXBEAM’s sole discretion. 

If the item stopped production or out of stock, we will offer refund or customer can pay balance to get another one. Refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. (Clearance items do not enjoy warranty service or return service on cross borader orders).

Warranty will not be applicable to LED Bulbs installed on two wheelers.
